GMM is the work of artist and designer Genevieve Mercatante.

With a background in fine art and years spent in the interior design industry, I fell in love with textiles long before I began designing my own pieces. I spent countless hours wandering fabric showrooms, studying texture, color, and craftsmanship — quietly absorbing the way materials can transform a space and tell a story.

My pieces grew out of that experience. Each one is thoughtfully designed and carefully sewn, balancing structure and texture, beauty and function. What began as a creative outlet has become a small collection of pieces meant to be used, loved, and lived with every day. All pieces are handmade and one of a kind.
